The Harley-Davidson Ultra Limited Is No More
In 2025, Harley-Davidson has truly overhauled its motorcycle lineup. The Softails are more powerful than ever, there’s a new Ultra model, and the CVOs are simply the best they’ve ever been. However, it has also chopped off some of its old, aging models. One of these is the Ultra Limited.
The Discontinuation Of The Ultra Limited Doesn’t Come As A Surprise

Full-dresser bikes–the ones with top boxes and integrated pillion backrests–are rare in Harley-Davidson’s lineup. For several years, we’ve just had two or three such bikes, one of which has been the Ultra Limited. It’s been in the lineup since 2010 and has been identical for about five years now. Yes, with the same engine, chassis, and suspension.
In a way, it appears Harley has just cut the dead weight. We’re sure it wasn’t selling much in the first place, and even if it was, the profit margins would not have been too high. Not to mention, this was one of the priciest motorcycles in the Grand American Touring range, discounting the CVO trio.
- Ultra Limited: Starts from $32,499
- Road Glide Limited: Starts from $32,499
You Might Get A Sizable Discount On The Harley-Davidson Ultra Limited

Go to your nearest Harley-Davidson dealership and they’ll tell you they have surplus stock lying around. That’s the sad reality and a big issue for Harley-Davidson today. But you can use that to your benefit. If you like the Ultra Limited and there’s one lying around, we believe you can get a massive discount on it easily. Anything under $30,000 would be quite good, and you’d get plenty to justify the moolah.
Speaking of which, the Ultra is powered by the trusty and popular Milwaukee-Eight 114 V-twin powerhouse. There’s 93 horsepower and 122 pound-feet of torque on tap, all reaching the wheel without any intereference from any electronic aids. A double-downtube/dual-cradle houses the large V-twin with full support rather than using it as a stressed member.
